The vintage Japanese Obi is worn over the traditional Japanese kimono and when visiting Japan, finding a special one is always a delight. The fabric is beautifully detailed and we can imagine holds many secrets from it's past. Within the narrow width of fabric sometimes one, and only up to three vests can be made and therefore creating a very special unique piece.
